1) How much will my property be rented?

We implement a pricing strategy for this purpose. We use our algorithm, which is tasked with comparing properties similar to yours by cross-referencing information such as location, seasons, and duration. If your property is new on Airbnb and you don't have customer reviews, we will initially set a lower price range for a short period to encourage the first bookings. The more recommended your property becomes, the better we can reevaluate the nightly cost upwards.

2) I would like to spend the holidays at home, will I have to pay any fees?

INTRUST YOUR PROPERTY allows owners to book their property whenever they want. After all, it's your home!

We ask owners to notify us 45 days in advance so that we can plan reservations. However, if the requested dates are already booked and we have to cancel, the unpaid management fees, cancellation costs, and platform fees will remain your responsibility.

3) Are there any fees I need to think about?

Restocking: We intervene to ensure that your guests lack nothing, such as toilet paper, for example. We also make sure that cleaning products are sufficient so that our team can do their job properly. For this, we place orders with our partners and send you the invoices.

Maintenance Fees: INTRUST YOUR PROPERTY may call on its partners in case of plumbing, electricity, or other issues (if this service is included in your package). Upon your approval, we will send you the corresponding invoice.

4) How does INTRUST YOUR PROPERTY charge?

We calculate our booking fees based on the gross earnings from the booking platform. As a host, you are required to fill out a direct debit authorization for the processing of all fees.

5) What happens in the event of damage?

Our partners' insurance covers them directly in the event of domestic destruction, significant damage, etc., except in the case of unintentional damage such as earthquakes. Regarding these issues, we handle all necessary procedures. Additionally, we strongly advise removing valuable items (such as high-value artwork) during the rental period or securing them in a locked room for any important or valuable objects. Furthermore, nothing replaces home insurance or liability insurance.
